a day at the beach

ok, so i lied last time. we had the internets, just the computer was not very helpful. so we bought a new (to us) computer. it's great. so far. i haven't put all my pics on here yet from my digital camera, but i have some film ones to share. we went to visit meshell in santa fe (texas) last week. it was perfect weather. marley made a new friend and loved the beach. after some convincing. she really prefers not to get dirty. we also went on saturday and spent the day in the wildflowers...i got some good pictures there too...but today here is a video to remind everyone to stop and smell the flowers...here is marley demonstrating:

we have the internets. all of them. thank god my husband is a patient man. if it had been up to me the computer would be out in the driveway in a million pieces (having run over it again and again) and i would be banned as a customer for life from att. i am not patient with technology. i want the car to work when i turn the key and the internets to be there when i get on the computer. now if you happen to have a crack whore, a rape survivor, or some other human related tragedy, i have all the time and patience in the world....we make a good pair that way...
so, since we are on our computer, i have access to video. we are supposed to have a super fast connection, so hopefully it will not take a day to upload these. here are a few from our trip down to texas...
