and the life is easy.  had a wonderful time frolicking in the country with resa and steve today.  beautiful.

princess adventures

so as i was sorting through and putting away christmas cards last week i discovered a gift card to jcp in an envelope that i almost threw out!  ack!  luckily i found it.  today we spent it.  i even let marley pick out a new princess dress.  to quote her:  it's so tacky momma!  i love it!  it is.  and she does.  sigh.  it sparkles and glitters and has a twirly skirt.  how can i compete with that?  i can't.  so we had an outdoor wedding instead.

we got hit bad with a stomache virus this week.  i think we're thru the worst of it, but man it was AWFUL!!! d woke up with it monday morning and she is just starting to return to herself today.  marls had it for 24 hours and it barely kept her down.  d we took to the doc b/c she was so listless.  it was scary.  but she's back today, thank goodness.
