flashback

here's a fun flashback from two years ago.

the girls are climbing the walls today.  super excited about halloween.  so i let them play in the studio and i tried out some new gear.

i told doodle to make marls smile.  this is what she did.  it worked, but not so much for a picture.

i'm a little backed up on posting photos from our adventures.  we went monster hunting last week.  it was great fun and our backyard is officially monster free, so no worries.

Granny worked her magic with costumes again this year.  I took a bunch of photos of the girls in their costumes yesterday, but haven't had a chance to go through them all yet.  I just couldn't help but share this one.  Doodle makes the best faces totally unprompted.

last weekend we got the heck out of dodge and went to a maze.  it was great.  we got to eat the world's best breakfast tacos in giddings, spend the day outside at a beautiful maze, and stop at buckey's, the world's most inconvenient convenience store.
