Doodle's birthday

Davis chose to go to the Natural History Museum in Houston for the day.

 Birthday time!

 First stop was the butterfly house.

 Doodle found the queen bee within thirty seconds.

 I was too close to get all of them in the shot,but I love their faces.

 Evolution

 So normally when we visit this museum, we make it to the gem stones and about two feet in and the kids are done.  DUN done.  This year, we actually got to wind our way through this exhibit.

 Doodle chose an ice cream cake for her birthday this year.  The results were mixed.

 And just like that, my baby girl is seven.
