circus time!

we had a circus come through town yesterday. so of course we went. it was amazing. marley had an awesome time. i forgot how much fun things like that can be. having kids is great, i get to go do all those kiddie things again. and see them from her perspective. she couldn't sit still she was so excited. not that she normally sits still.
so i have had some pretty bad morning sickness lately. which is really a misnomer, as it is not strictly speaking happening in the morning. but when ben is at work, or even when he's home sometimes, marley loves to go to the bathroom with me. she just really loves the bathroom. if you are at my house, make sure you shut the door all the way if you would like your privacy. well, marley use to go in and sit on her potty. but apparently i have been sick pretty often in front of her. now she goes in, puts her hands and arms on either side of the toilet seat and starts spitting into the toilet. ridiculously cute and hilarious and awful all at the same time. but we're almost out of the first trimester, so hopefully the morning sickness will ease up soon!
