29 weeks, 35 weeks, and 30 weeks. lindy, me, and bethany.

i am aware that in the state i live in, that being a republican one, my political views are rare and not always welcome. that being said, it is hard not to say anything about the big news that was shared by the president last night. i am not the best with words and this is a complicated situation. so, i am going to borrow some words. my friend victoria had this to say, and i think it sums up how i feel/felt pretty well. ~no matter what someone has done, i cannot rejoice in killing. it all makes my stomach churn.~ the other thing i have found to somewhat start to express my thoughts is in an article that should be linked to the title of this post. if i did it right. you would think i would have the hang of it by now, but not so much.

in news closer to home, we have a new functioning sink!!! ben and marley worked wonders together. i don't have a finalized picture of it yet, but i will. i went to a baby shower of a long time friend this weekend. so the girl was 30 weeks, another friend was 29 weeks, and i am 35 weeks pregnant. it is a baby boom. that or all of my friends have hit that age at the same time. i think i know of 13 babies that will have been born between march 2011 and july 2011. crazy. i have had some pretty painful ankle swelling the past two days, so have been trying to stay off my feet. today it seems to have gone done some. i've started sitting around more, making yo yos. i kind of felt like a grandma today, but my body is saying slow down, so i'm listening. other than that, all is quiet on the home front.
