this has been a week of new things for davis.  and it has been a hard week for me.  this weather is really getting me down.  it's too hot to do anything!  and everything is dieing!  everywhere is brown and ugly.  enough bitching about the weather.  if i think about it too much my cabin fever gets worse.  and it is especially true in our house that if momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.  marley picks up on my moods so fast.  and while she may be two, i don't need to add to that mess.  we went and played inour fried yard the other day before it reached five million degrees outside and it was nice.  we all went swimming together.  other than that it's been dance parties ( marley starts dance class next week!) and girly pampering. 
davis is no longer in her moses basket.  she was touching all sides, so she had to sleep in just the bassinet.  we don't have a moniter for her room yet, so she can't go to the crib yet.  plus i like having her sleep so close.  she's ten weeks old, still too tiny to be so far from her momma at night.  she is also not swaddled anymore.  she's into the sack.  so far she doesn't seem to care too much.
