So I've started working out pretty much daily and today the girls joined me. They wanted weights like mine, so I told them to get a can. They heard pan. I about died laughing when I came back in the room.

Marls made Norman this crown while she was at school yesterday. Prince Norman's two bottom teeth finally broke through yesterday.
