santa excitement

marley is super excited about santa coming.  she almost can't contain herself.  what did she ask santa for?  a flashlight.  i kid you not.  every santa she saw she said she wanted a flashlight.  i sure hope he delivers.

marley's theory on tree decorating:  if a branch is good enough to hold one ornament, it is good enough to hold several ornaments.

so today, in all my infinite wisdom, in the midst of a whirl of company-is-coming-better-clean-the-house tizzy, i decided to just throw all the clean laundry on my bed.  thus ensuring i would fold it before going to sleep.  well, now i want to go to bed and can not see it.  my plan worked too well.  merry christmas!!!
